The new insights that I had learned about this process is that when it comes to choosing a career its way more complex than just wanting to choose one thing and then thinking it’s an easy road to follow. There are so many different branches that spread out when it comes to choosing a career and it’s never just one specific topic there are many paths within the one you are wanting to do. Such as Engineering, there are multiple paths to take and even more within the specific ones you choose. I have learned about many ways to check information and resources on how to properly search your career and if your skills meet their requirements and what exactly your skills are. I have also been able to learn about the wages and what’s the right for living in California as well as the annual salary that can be received at certain levels of the job. I think the main career I'm focused on mainly is some field in Engineering; more so on automotive engineering and Mechanical and electrical. For those I need a bachelors or higher to pursue any of them and for automotive maintenance I want to apply to UTI and pursue my career with them.

Oscars college student experience and tutoring

Part 1: Is this different than I thought it would be? To be honest people talk about college as stressful or the greatest and happiest moments of their lives…I hate it here. There is a lot to do and it’s a blessing and a curse to be able to go to class whenever you want or do assignments whenever you want. It’s asking me not to do it you know. What am I struggling with? I find it very difficult to wake up and have the will to go to class and sit and listen to lectures and have huge work loads, basically everything I did in high school. I thought me graduating was me saying goodbye but I guess not. It’s hard to balance school, homework, work, my music life, and family/partner time. What’s missing from my college experience?
